Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 7–10 years of relevant experience.

Key Requirements:

• Strong understanding of local building codes, standards, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Experience in GCC region, especially in power generation buildings, will be considered an advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of architectural design principles, construction procedures, and building systems (MEP, fire safety, security systems, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret tender drawings, BOQ, and Scope of Work (SOW).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve design challenges effectively.
• Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
