Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect located in Tiruchirappalli. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural designs, creating floor plans and elevations, managing projects, and integrating various elements within the architectural framework. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with clients, overseeing construction activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and collaborating with the interior design team to deliver cohesive project solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architectural Design and understanding of Architecture
• Experience in Project Management and coordinating project activities
• Knowledge of Software Development and Integration processes related to architectural tasks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field is required
• Previous experience in interior design and construction is a plus
