As a Commercial Interior Designer, your role involves leading and developing innovative design concepts for commercial spaces, guiding them from the initial schematic phase through to final execution. You will be responsible for preparing engaging presentations, detailed drawings, 3D visuals, and mood boards to effectively communicate your ideas to clients. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with clients to understand their project requirements, functional needs, and branding elements. - Utilize your expertise to produce comprehensive architectural drawings and specifications that align with the project scope and budget. - Select materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures that complement the design vision while adhering to financial constraints. - Coordinate with contractors, MEP consultants, and vendors to ensure successful implementation of the design concept. - Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure the design intent is being realized on-site. - Work with project management to contribute to delivering projects on schedule and within the allocated budget. - Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and relevant regulations to ensure innovative and compliant designs for commercial interiors. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. - Proven experience in commercial interior design projects. - Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.,
