Job Overview: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our India office in Cochin, Kerala. The ideal candidate will bring strong design skills, technical expertise, and experience in architectural detailing and documentation. UAE project experience and familiarity with local regulations and design standards are highly preferred. This role will involve working on a variety of building design projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Key Responsibilities: Develop architectural design concepts, layouts, and presentations based on project requirements. Prepare architectural drawings, plans, elevations, and detailed construction documentation using AutoCAD and other design tools. Collaborate with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines to ensure cohesive and coordinated designs. Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, standards, and client requirements—especially those relevant to UAE authorities. Revise and update drawings based on feedback from clients, consultants, and design leads. Assist in preparing material specifications, design reports, and tender documents. Participate in design reviews and contribute to value engineering efforts. Stay up to date with architectural trends, materials, and regional regulatory updates. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch). Minimum 4–6 years of professional experience in architecture and design. UAE experience is highly preferred ; strong knowledge of UAE municipal regulations (Dubai Municipality, Abu Dhabi DMT, etc.) and authority submission procedures is a strong advantage. Proficient in AutoCAD , SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office. Knowledge of Revit, BIM, Lumion or 3Ds Max is a plus. Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and construction detailing. Excellent visualization, communication, and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to design challenges. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹8,497.41 - ₹32,939.25 per month
