Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect specializing in Commercial Projects located in Worli. The Architect will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of commercial projects. Daily tasks include creating architectural designs, producing detailed drawings, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring compliance with building regulations. The Architect will collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, including interior designers, engineers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality projects within agreed timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Experience in architectural design, planning, and project management
• Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
• Strong knowledge of building regulations and construction standards
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Registered member of the Council of Architecture (COA), India
• Familiarity with sustainable and green building practices
