Currently, Provenance Land is developing the luxurious Four Seasons Private Residences Mumbai in Worli, in collaboration with top architecture and design firms. The group's mission is to deliver homes with exceptional service and exclusive living experiences. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect specializing in Commercial Projects located in Worli. The Architect will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of commercial projects. Daily tasks include creating architectural designs, producing detailed drawings, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring compliance with building regulations. The Architect will collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, including interior designers, engineers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality projects within agreed timelines and budgets. Qualifications Experience in architectural design, planning, and project management Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp Strong knowledge of building regulations and construction standards Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture Registered member of the Council of Architecture (COA), India Familiarity with sustainable and green building practices
