Role Description

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Architect / Civil Engineer to join our growing team. The selected candidate will play a key role in architectural planning, design development, and project coordination, ensuring that projects meet technical standards and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review architectural & structural design concepts
• Prepare and manage project documentation, drawings, and reports
• Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
• Monitor project progress and support quality control and compliance
• Assist in visualization, 3D modeling, and client presentations
• Integrate multi-disciplinary components into project execution

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 1–2 years of professional experience
• Proficiency in 3D Designing & Visualization
• Knowledge of K-Smart
• Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and team coordination skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)
• Familiarity with Kerala building regulations and construction standards
• Experience working on construction projects in India, especially Kerala, is an added advantage
