Position Overview: We are seeking passionate and talented individuals to join our team as Architect. The ideal candidates will have a strong design sensibility, proficiency in 2D and 3D software, and a commitment to delivering exceptional design solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• · Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget for office interior projects.
• · Develop creative design concepts and space plans for office interiors that align with client objectives and brand identity.
• · Create detailed 2D drawings, floor plans, and elevations using software such as AutoCAD.
• · Produce high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations using software like 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, and Lumion to effectively communicate design concepts to clients.
• · Select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings to enhance the aesthetic and functionality of office spaces.
• · Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of design projects.
• · Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in interior design and architecture.
• · Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines and budgets.

Qualifications:

• · Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• · Proven experience in office interior design and visualization.
• · Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Lumion, and other relevant design software.
• · Strong design portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and technical proficiency.
• · Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders.
• · Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and precision in design documentation.
• · Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple deadlines.
• · Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and standards related to commercial interior design.
• · Passion for design innovation and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
