Job Description

Lead Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the Lead Designer for assigned customers, managing the entire design journey—from the first meeting to final order confirmation.
Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and deliver customized, functional, and aesthetically pleasing design solutions.
Prepare quotations, develop detailed designs, and ensure timely production of drawings for manufacturing.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks for efficient execution.

Requirements:

B. Arch, M. Arch, B.Des/ M.Des in Interior Design
A strong customer-centric approach with the ability to balance functionality, aesthetics, and budget.
3 years+ experience in residential interior design projects is essential.
Proficiency in Google SketchUp.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is mandatory, with knowledge of the local language.
