Architect (B.Arch)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D models.
• Work on conceptual designs, space planning, and detailing.
• Prepare working drawings and construction documentation.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and site engineers to ensure project execution as per design intent.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Stay updated with latest architectural trends, sustainable design practices, and modern software tools.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university.

Software Proficiency:

• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• Revit Architecture
• Lumion / V-Ray / Enscape (Rendering Tools)
• MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint for reporting & presentations)

Skills:

• Strong creativity and design visualization.
• Knowledge of construction materials and methods.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.

Experience: [Freshers / Minimum 1–8 Years preferred]
