Architect BackEnd Engineer

As an Expert Level Backend Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and mentoring a team of 5-8 full stack and backend engineers. You will actively participate in technical requirements analysis, design review, and contract closure with cross-functional teams globally. Your key job functions will include writing high-quality code, championing coding standards and re-usable components, influencing the technical direction of the engineering team, and partnering with Product Managers in designing and defining new features. Additionally, you will serve as a key member of a Scrum team, participate in identifying architectural improvements, conducting code reviews, and delivering high-quality solutions. You may also potentially lead Communities-of-Practice programs.
