Architect BackEnd Engineer

As an Expert Level Backend Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and mentoring a team of 5-8 full stack and backend engineers. Your key job functions will include actively participating in technical requirements analysis, design reviews, and contract closures with cross-functional teams globally. You will write high-quality code, champion coding standards and re-usable components, and influence the technical direction of the engineering team. Additionally, you will partner with Product Managers in designing new features and serve as a key member of a Scrum team. You will also participate in identifying architectural improvements, conducting code reviews, promoting best practices, and delivering testable, maintainable, and high-quality solutions. Moreover, you may lead Communities-of-Practice programs. Qualifications required for this role include: - 5+ years of experience in large-scale distributed ecommerce systems - Expert understanding of Java, database, and messaging technologies - Enthusiasm for continuous improvement as a Software Engineer - Effective communication skills to motivate team members - Experience with Reactive Java is a plus - Passion for Ecommerce and retail is a plus Join us in our mission to enhance and optimize the purchase experience for our customers.,
