About Us

AD Interio is a growing architecture and interior design firm in Dehradun, delivering end-to-end solutions for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and develop architectural plans for residential and commercial projects.
• Prepare detailed working drawings, layouts, and specifications.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and provide innovative design solutions.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and site supervisors for project execution.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and Vastu (if applicable).
• Present design concepts through sketches, presentations, and 3D models.
• Oversee project progress and provide support during site execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of professional experience (freshers with strong portfolios may also apply).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and MS Office; knowledge of 3D visualization software is a plus.
• Strong creativity, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
