Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Prepare architectural designs, working drawings, and site coordination for residential projects. Develop submission drawings as per local Bye-laws. Documentation and detailing for high-rise residential projects. Prepare coordination drawings, block-up details, and finishing details. Assist in site coordination and ensure adherence to design specifications. Desired Candidate Profile: Bachelors Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) is mandatory. Proficient in AutoCAD. Must have experience in high-rise residential projects. Good knowledge of RERA Act, Apartment Act, Building Bye Laws (BBL), Environmental Clearance (EC), UPPCB, Airport HT NOC, etc. Strong attention to detail and coordination skills. Note : (Fresher with B.Arch. can be considered)
