Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage architectural and interior design projects from concept through completion.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, goals, and preferences, and translate them into innovative designs.
Develop and present design proposals, including sketches, 3D renderings, and mood boards.
Create detailed architectural plans, blueprints, and interior layouts, ensuring compliance with all building codes and regulations.
Select and specify materials, finishes, furnishings, and color schemes for interior spaces.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment and successful execution.
Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, ensure adherence to design plans, and resolve any on-site issues.
Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
Mentor and guide junior designers and support staff.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
5+ years of professional experience in architecture and interior design.
Professional licensure as an Architect is often preferred.
Proficiency in design software such asAutoCAD,SketchUp, andRevit.
Strong skills in 3D rendering and creating photorealistic visuals.
Expertise in space planning, layout, color, and lighting.
Excellent portfolio of previous works.
Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
