Responsibilities Collaborate with senior architects and project managers to develop design concepts and project plans Conduct design reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and project requirements Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external consultants to integrate architectural and interior design elements seamlessly Participate in site visits and inspections to oversee the implementation of design plans Prepare and present detailed architectural and interior design drawings, specifications, and documents Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technology advancements to incorporate innovative design solutions Contribute to the development of sustainable and environmentally conscious design strategies Provide mentorship and guidance to junior design team members as required Qualifications Academic Qualification: B. Arch + M. Arch from Reputed institute such as CEPT University & School of Planning & Architecture (SPA). 10+ years of experience in architectural and interior design within the real estate and infrastructural industry General understanding of Green/sustainability requirements w.r.t master planning. Proficiency with AutoCAD, Sketch Up, MS office and know-how of Revit would be essential Show more Show less
