Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing creative architectural concepts, preparing detailed drawings, and supporting project execution. This role requires strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and familiarity with local materials, vendors, and construction practices in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual designs, mood boards, and presentation drawings for residential and commercial projects.

• Prepare detailed working drawings, sections, elevations, and technical documentation.

• Create accurate 3D models and visualizations using SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, 3DS Max, or similar tools.

• Collaborate with senior architects on design development and project detailing.

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure design intent is executed properly.

• Conduct site visits, measurements, and inspections as needed.

• Research materials, finishes, and new design trends relevant to Hyderabad projects.

• Maintain project documentation and ensure timely delivery of drawing sets.

Required Skills & Competencies

Core Design Skills

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D drafting.

• Expertise in SketchUp, Revit, or ArchiCAD for design development and 3D modeling.

• Ability to prepare detailed conceptual and working drawings independently.

• Knowledge of building materials, finishes, and local vendor networks (Hyderabad/ Telangana region).

• Strong understanding of spatial planning, proportions, and design aesthetics.

Software Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory)

• AutoCAD Certified Professional

• SketchUp Certification

• Revit Architecture Certification

• Lumion, 3DS Max, or V-Ray training/ certification

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Interior Design.
