Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Arcade Technician to manage the installation, maintenance, and repair of arcade machines and gaming equipment at our Mangalore location. The role requires strong technical knowledge, hands-on troubleshooting skills, and the ability to ensure smooth daily operations with minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities
The Arcade Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing arcade games, simulators, and related equipment. The role includes daily inspection and troubleshooting of machines, handling electrical, mechanical, and electronic faults, and performing preventive maintenance to minimize breakdowns. The technician will coordinate closely with the operations team for quick resolution of issues, maintain service logs and maintenance records, and ensure all equipment meets safety and operational standards.

Key Performance Areas
Ensure maximum machine uptime during operating hours, resolve technical issues within defined timelines, maintain accurate service and breakdown records, and support overall guest satisfaction through reliable machine performance.

Candidate Requirements
The candidate must have completed a Diploma or ITI in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related technical field. A minimum of 1 to 5 years of experience as an arcade technician, game technician, or in a similar role is required. The candidate should be willing to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays. Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.

Technical Skills Required
Strong understanding of electrical and electronic systems, hands-on experience with troubleshooting arcade machines, basic knowledge of sensors, motors, power supplies, and electronic components, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation is required.
