We are looking for experienced and dedicated AR Callers to join our US Healthcare RCM team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, knowledge of medical billing/AR calling processes, and the ability to resolve claims efficiently.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Follow up with insurance companies for claim status.
• Resolve denied or pending claims.
• Maintain documentation and update patient accounts.
• Ensure timely and accurate claim resolution.
• Meet daily/weekly targets.
🔹 Requirements:
• Minimum graduation is mandatory.
• Prior experience in US Healthcare / AR Calling preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
