Job Description

Complete Medical/Dental Billing Training will be Given Internally for selected Candidates.

Role & responsibilities

Performing outbound calls to insurance companies (in the US) to collect outstanding Accounts Receivables or to check Patient Eligibility Information's.
Ensuring accurate and timely completion of transactions to meet or exceed client SLAs.
Responding to customer requests by phone and/or in writing to ensure timely resolution of unpaid Dental insurance claims.
Resolving complex situations following pre-established guidelines.
Developing and maintaining a solid working knowledge of the healthcare insurance industry and of all products, services and processes performed by the team.
Organizing and completing tasks according to assigned priorities.

Preferred candidate profile

Fresh or Experienced Candidates Can apply.
0-2 Years experience in accounts receivable follow-up / denial management / Eligibility Verification for US healthcare customers
Experienced in
Dental Billing
AR follow-up / denial management will be preferred
Fluent in English with demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication
Knowledge on Denials management and A/R fundamentals will be preferred
Willingness to work continuously in night shifts
Basic working knowledge of computers.
Prior experience of working in a medical / Dental billing company and use of medical / Dental billing software will be considered an advantage. Sevvel Healthcare will provide training on the client's billing software as part of the training.
Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts from Monday-Friday 6.00 pm to 4.30 am
Knowledge of Healthcare terminology and ICD/CPT/CDT codes will be considered a plus
University degree or equivalent that required 3+ years of formal studies of the English language.
