We are the leading Revenue Cycle Management Company

We are hiring for AR Callers & Senior AR Callers for Chennai Location

Job profile :

Verify patient eligibility and benefits with insurance companies (Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid).
Determine patient financial responsibility (copays, coinsurance, deductibles).
Check for prior authorization requirements and necessary referrals.
Document all findings accurately in internal systems (EHR/RCM).
Communicate with patients, providers, and internal teams.
Utilize payer portals (Availity, eVOB) and phone for verification.

Preferred candidate profile:

Experience:
1-4 years in medical billing/insurance verification.
Knowledge:
Medical terminology, insurance plans, RCM, EMRs, CPT/J-codes.
Skills:
Strong communication (verbal/written), detail-oriented, problem-solving, organization.
Education:
High School Diploma (Associate's/Bachelor's preferred).
