*Timings* : US Night shift- (2 way cab) WFO*Notice Period:* Immediate to 1month*SPE :* 1-5 yrs experience in Ar caller & Denials*SME- 4+yrs experience in Ar caller & Denials*CTC* - upto 5.5 -7 lpa
Qualification- graduates and under-graduates
*Skills :RCM, Ar Caller/Revenue cycle management /Physician Billing/ Denial Management/Excellent Communication*
The AR Caller is responsible for performing timely follow-ups with insurance companies, clients, or customers to ensure prompt collection of outstanding accounts receivable. The role involves identifying claim issues, resolving denials, updating account information, and maintaining accurate documentation to support efficient cash flow and reduce aging balances.
Investigate claim denials, underpayments, and unpaid balances.
Identify the root cause for denials and take corrective action (e.g., resubmission, appeal, coding correction).
