Eligibility Criteria:

For Freshers:
Graduation is mandatory with good communication skills
For Experienced:
Minimum 1 year experience in AR Calling with relieving documents
Willingness to work in night shifts
Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

Call insurance companies to follow up on pending claims
Resolve billing issues and ensure timely collection of payments
Maintain accurate documentation of calls and account updates
Meet daily/weekly targets for calls and collections
Coordinate with team leads for escalated issues
Deliver quality service while adhering to compliance standards
