Aquisition Relationship Manager - Non-Resident Indian

The Acquisition Relationship Manager for Non-Resident Indians (NRI) is a crucial role within the Branch Banking department. As a key member of the NRI Banking Vertical, you will be reporting to the regional NRI Field Leadership. Your primary responsibility will be to attract new customers to the bank in your designated location. It is essential to collaborate with various stakeholders in the area and the NR business vertical to develop and implement effective local customer acquisition strategies that align with the business objectives. Your roles and responsibilities will include driving customer acquisition numbers in the assigned location, evaluating and monitoring sales targets, developing customer acquisition strategies, and executing them in the local markets. It is imperative to build and nurture relationships with local B2B partners to acquire new customers and collaborate with the local Branch Network and NRI Business vertical to ensure leads are effectively converted. Providing feedback to local field leadership on customer needs and market trends is also a critical aspect of this role. Furthermore, you will need to develop the ability to engage with customers and establish trust through telephonic conversations. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a graduation degree and possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
