Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Aptitude Mentor, based in Tirupati. The Aptitude Mentor will deliver engaging training sessions on aptitude concepts, help students improve logical reasoning, quantitative aptitude, and verbal ability. Responsibilities include preparing learning materials, assessing student performance, conducting live problem-solving sessions, and providing personalized support to ensure that students meet their preparation goals for placements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in teaching concepts of Logical Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, and Verbal Ability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to deliver interactive and impactful training sessions.
• Ability to assess and adapt teaching methods to cater to various learning styles and proficiency levels.
• Experience in mentoring or coaching students for placement exams or competitive tests.
• Desirable qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, prior experience in the ed-tech industry or as an aptitude trainer.
• Passion for helping students achieve their academic and professional goals.
