You will be responsible for hands-on development using Java, J2ee, Spring, MongoDB, and PL/SQL. Familiarity with Agile processes, JIRA, GIT, and uDeploy is essential. Proficiency in documenting, prototyping, and wireframing using UML tools like Enterprise Architect and MS VISIO is required. Additionally, you should be adept at conducting Sprint Demos, working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, SQL Server/Oracle, MS SharePoint, HPQC (ALM), and MS Office, and following SDLC methodologies. Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and organization skills are vital for this role. You should excel in gathering business requirements, creating BRDs and FSDs, and developing Use Cases.
