Additionally, you should be adept at conducting Sprint Demos, working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, SQL Server/Oracle, MS SharePoint, HPQC (ALM), and MS Office, and following SDLC methodologies. Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and organization skills are vital for this role. You should excel in gathering business requirements, creating BRDs and FSDs, and developing Use Cases. Leadership qualities like responsibility, quick delivery, organization, attention to detail, and multitasking are key requirements. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders are essential. Experience in working on large-scale global projects and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities are crucial.
