Role & responsibilities Identify, engage, and onboard MSMEs, large corporates, and manufacturing/service companies for participation in apprenticeship schemes (NAPS/NATS/CSR). Conduct outreach, cold calls, email campaigns, and industry visits to generate employer interest. Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective employers across sectors. Explain benefits of apprenticeship schemes and handle end-to-end industry onboarding, documentation, and portal registration . Coordinate with internal mobilization and operations teams to ensure trainee deployment and contract generation . Organize industry meetings, apprenticeship awareness sessions , and maintain strong client relationships. Track performance metrics such as number of tie-ups, apprentices onboarded, and program completion. Preferred candidate profile Strong B2B outreach and relationship-building skills Sound knowledge of NAPS, NATS, and CSR apprenticeship policies Target-oriented with ability to deliver on KPIs Effective communication and presentation skills Experience working with NSDC, SSCs, or Apprenticeship Promotion Agencies (preferred)
