Apprentice - Talent Acquisition

Position Objective (The purpose of role in current business/market scenario):

Apprentice Talent Acquisition will assist the Talent Acquisition and HR Operations teams by assisting in recruitment activities, maintaining accurate HR records, and supporting day-to-day HR operations. The role plays a key part in enabling faster hiring.

Responsibilities (KRAs / deliverables / job expectations):

• Assist in sourcing and shortlisting candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
• Coordinate interviews by scheduling discussions, following up with candidates, and ensuring timely communication.
• Support in posting job openings on career pages, portals, social networks, and internal channels.
• Support HR Operations by maintaining employee records, HR documentation, and digital file management.
• Coordinate with internal teams (IT, Admin, Finance) for onboarding logistics, asset allocation, and access setup.
• Assist in preparing HR & recruitment reports, dashboards, and MIS to support HR decision-making and process improvements.

Academic qualification :

• Bachelors degree in engineering with good academic records
• Basic knowledge on Analytics

• Fresher

• Possess good knowledge on MS Office, (MS excel in particular)
• Well-organized, able to pay extreme attention to detail
