Apprentice – Quality Department

Job Description Position: Apprentice – Quality Department(Fresher) Work Locations: Vapi(Gujrat) Qualification:  B.Sc / B.Tech (Food Tech or related fields)/ ITI Food Production Salary (Stipend): ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month Shift Timing: Rotational shift Working Days: 6 Days a Week (1 Day week Off) Experience: Only Freshers Required Key Responsibilities: Monitor and help reduce waste/rejections during production. Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions. Prepare and record batches for traceability. Conduct in-process and finished goods inspection as per quality standards. Ensure compliance with GMP and GHP guidelines. Coordinate with Production, Procurement, and other departments. Test Raw Material (RM), Packing Material (PM), and Finished Goods (FG). Perform SAP entries related to process quality. Take part in Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
