Job Description

Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent to M.Tech Structures preferred.
Basic understanding of river and coastal engineering, including flood defence design and refurbishment of hydraulic structures.
Familiarity with reinforced concrete and steelwork design principles.
Awareness of health and safety considerations in design and construction.
Understanding of UK health and safety legislation (e.g., CDM Regulations 2015) is desirable.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and prepare basic sketches.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good presentational skill.
Managing own time.
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving project needs.
Ability to follow quality procedures and maintain high standards in work.
