Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in setting up and clearing restaurant tables, buffets, and banquet setups as per hotel standards.
  • Welcome guests warmly and assist in seating arrangements.
  • Serve food and beverages courteously and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work areas, service counters, and dining spaces.
  • Support senior team members during service hours and learn standard service procedures.
  • Ensure proper handling of glassware, crockery, and cutlery.
  • Refill water, condiments, and other supplies as needed.
  • Learn and follow hotel policies, grooming standards, and safety regulations.
  • Assist in billing procedures and coordination with the cashier (if required).
  • Participate in departmental meetings and training sessions.
