About the team:

Payment Strategy and operations remit includes Procure-to-Pay Operations, Partner Payments (Co-brand, Client Incentives, TLS, etc.), First-Line Payment Risk Governance and the Corporate Card, and Travel & Expense Program. Our Procurement & Supplier Payment Operations team is responsible for Disbursements, Colleague Travel and Expense processing, and Partner Payments. Our Analytics and Reporting team provides data-driven insights for GSM processes.

Role Description:

.Be a part of the team managing operations process (Vendor setup, Purchase order processing, invoice processing and payment, due diligence of invoices / payments due to partners, etc.) involved int the Procure to Pay cycle.

.The colleague would be required to consistently understand and exceed Customers Requirements whilst always ensuring effective Teamwork.

.The colleague should be able to maintain High Accuracy and Productivity Standards in compliance to policies and procedures.

Qualifications and skills

.Should be a Graduate with finance specialization

.Demonstrates knowledge and application of basic accounting principles

.Demonstrates analytical skills and basic ability to understand the linkages to processes.

.Ability to think innovatively and to pursue ideas with conviction.

.Working knowledge of MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

.Excellent verbal and written communication skills

.Exhibits positive attitude, agility and willingness to learn and develop
