Role Overview:
We’re seeking a confident and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our Vasai team. Your role will focus on calling Australian businesses to schedule appointments for our sales consultants to discuss digital services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to Australian businesses during their business hours
• Introduce and explain our digital services: Website Development, SEO, PPC, and Facebook Marketing
• Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team
• Maintain accurate records of calls and scheduled meetings
• Follow up with prospects to confirm appointments or reschedule as needed

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken English and communication skills
• Prior experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or appointment setting preferred
• Familiarity with CRM tools and call scripts
• Availability to work in Vasai during Australian business hours
