We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented LinkedIn Content Writer to help us execute a consistent sell-by-chat strategy on LinkedIn. The focus is not on creating long-form content or posts but on writing short-form, high-converting connection messages and follow-ups that reflect our brand tone and resonate with founders and decision-makers. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY 1. Daily LinkedIn Messaging: Send 33 personalized connection requests from the owner’s LinkedIn account (220-character messages). Send 33 personalized connection requests from the agency's LinkedIn account. Ensure all messages are clearly written, context-aware, and aligned with the target audience. 2. Engagement & Commenting: Spend 30-60 minutes daily engaging with comments on the owner’s posts. Like, comment, and maintain meaningful interactions to boost post visibility and credibility. SKILLS REQUIRED: Excellent written English (tone-sensitive, clear, and concise). Previous experience with LinkedIn outreach or social media copywriting is a plus. Ability to write within a 220-character limit with clarity and intent. Strong attention to detail and consistency. Understanding of tone, context, and brand voice. ADDITIONAL NOTES: The scope of work may evolve depending on LinkedIn algorithm changes and content strategy adjustments. Flexibility and willingness to adapt are important.
