We're Hiring: Appointment Setter 📍 Location: Work from Office – Noida 💼 Experience: Minimum 1 Year 💰 Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month About Us Maximalist is a fast-growing performance marketing agency specializing in lead generation and brand building across Real Estate, Jewellery, and Legal industries. We are looking for a highly motivated Appointment Setter to join our Noida-based team and play a critical role in driving sales conversations and qualified bookings. 🧩 Key Responsibilities Initiate outbound calls to potential leads shared by the sales and marketing team. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria before setting appointments. Manage follow-ups via call, email, or WhatsApp to maximize show-up rates. Update and maintain CRM/database with accurate call logs and appointment details. Coordinate with the Business Development/Sales team for smooth handovers. Handle objections with empathy and confidence, ensuring high lead-to-appointment conversion rates. ✅ What We’re Looking For Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or appointment setting (preferably in marketing or service-based industry). Excellent English & Hindi communication skills – both verbal and written. Confident and persuasive speaker who can build rapport quickly. Familiarity with CRM tools and basic Excel/Google Sheets.
