Applicator ITI

Job Summary:

We are hiring ITI-qualified Applicators to carry out application-related tasks such as coating, waterproofing, sealing, and insulation. The ideal candidate will have basic technical knowledge, hands-on skills, and the ability to follow instructions in industrial or construction environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform surface preparation including cleaning, grinding, or priming.
• Apply coatings, sealants, waterproofing materials, or protective layers as per the SOP.
• Operate application tools like rollers, brushes, spray machines, trowels, or mixers.
• Ensure accurate mixing of materials (chemicals, resins, etc.) in correct proportions.
• Follow safety and quality protocols during site or factory work.
• Coordinate with site engineers or supervisors for work progress and daily planning.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and tools after use.
• Assist in material handling and site setup.
• Record basic work logs or measurements as required.

Requirements:

• ITI in any trade – Civil, Painter, Fitter, or relevant discipline
• 0–2 years of experience in application-based work (freshers may apply)
• Ability to work in challenging site or factory conditions
• Basic knowledge of measurement tools and safety standards
• Willingness to travel to different sites if required

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in waterproofing, epoxy coating, or PU application
• Familiarity with industrial safety practices (PPE usage)
• Ability to work in a team and follow timelines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
