Job Description

Preferred candidate profile:

Industrial automation background.
Familiarity in control panel components and their selection.
Knowledge in PLC, HMI, VMD, Servo, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Safety items, Vision & scanners.
Hands-on experience in Eplan/AutoCAD/Electrical drawing/Wiring diagram.
Hands-on experience in working on projects like Gantry Automation, SPM, Materials Handling, EV Line, BIW, AGV/AMR.ASRS, Robotics systems.
Excellent Communication Skills

Role & responsibilities

Interaction with Sales team & Customer for understanding the customer requirements in Automation & Robotics.
Responsible for RFQ Understanding & Customer SOP.
Create proposal formats in sync with market needs and have clear defined scope and performance deliverables and inputs agreed with sign off technically
Responsible for conceptualizing the customer requirement into a concept design for better understanding.
Preparation of High-level BOM.
Responsible to work on the costing and handover cost backups to management with vendor offers and other internal stakeholders.
Get clear acceptance of proposed concept solution buy off with internal engineering
Responsible for Providing technical clarification to the customer for overall process thus to secure an order.
Collaborating with Sales team for ensuring proper handover of the Project awarded by Customer in time with complete data & understanding.
Supplier Interaction for the various product & process
Need to discuss with internal Technical team to understand the complexity on product & process
Would be responsible for total co-ordination and getting various R&D projects completed on time.
