Job Description

  • Manage advanced administration functions, including complex user profiles, roles, and permission sets, while supporting ongoing user requests and troubleshooting.
  • Oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance of Salesforce CPQ to support pricing, quoting, and revenue operations. Ensure CPQ functionality aligns with business requirements and optimize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system improvements.
  • Develop and deliver training materials, document processes, and provide support to end users. Foster user adoption of new features, including Salesforce CPQ and any additional custom functionality.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements acrossSales, Service, and Community Cloud.
  • Build and maintaincustom reports and dashboardsto support business operations and decision-making.
  • Support integrations betweenSalesforce and other third-party applications.
  • Maintain compliance withSOX, GDPR, and IT security policiesrelated to Salesforce.
  • ProvideTier 2 Tier 3 supportfor Salesforce-related Service Desk requests.
  • Work closely withSales, Customer Support, and IT teamsto optimize Salesforce usability.
  • Conductuser training sessions and create documentationto drive adoption and best practices.

What you'll Need to be Successful

  • 5+ years of experienceas aSalesforce Administrator, supportingSales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Strong hands-on experience withDocuSign and Congawithin Salesforce.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, including configuration, pricing, and quoting best practices.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, automation tools (Flow, Process Builder), and reporting. Excellent interpersonal skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data quality and process improvement.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a track record of training end users and creating documentation.
  • Hands-on experience withSalesforce Data Loader, Workbench, and SOQL queries.
  • Salesforce Certified Administratorrequired;Advanced Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, or Experience Cloud Consultantpreferred.
  • Experience withJira, ServiceNow, or ITSM toolsis a plus.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work in afast-paced, service-orientedenvironment.
