You will engage with clients to understand their needs and issues, ensuring that our world-class systems operate smoothly. Your role requires exceptional communication skills to define client issues accurately and design effective resolutions based on your deep product knowledge. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded, contributing to the overall quality of service provided. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving client issues in a timely manner. - Document and track client interactions and resolutions to enhance service quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations. - Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures. - Experience with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques. - Ability to analyze and interpret technical documentation and client requirements. - Familiarity with incident management systems and best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
