Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge. Must have skills : Software License Management Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Key Responsibilities:-1.Manage the delivery of multiple software license compliance reviews to agreed timeframes and budgets.2.Work with end users to assist in the data collection process enabling a smooth and efficient end to end review process that meets our client timescales.3.Drive progress of SAM engagements resolution of compliance issues4.Deliver information to Customers on best licensing practices to enhance knowledge and understanding. Technical Experience:- Competent on upto 3 tier 1 publishers (Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, VMware, SAP) & any 3 Tier 2 publishers (Salesforce, Adobe, Quest, Autodesk, Microfocus, Citrix, Veritas, Informatica) Advanced functional knowledge of ServiceNow SAM Pro / Flexera / SNOW SLM In-depth knowledge of publisher contracts and use rights. Advanced knowledge in applying licensing rules for creation of ELPs (Effective license positions) Good Understanding of license reconciliation methodologies and nuances e.g. product bundling, suites mapping, upgrades and downgrade. Understanding discovery Fundamentals: Overview of ServiceNow Discovery for software applications Discovery model normalization Experienced on drafting Software Asset Management policies & Procedures.Certification:Certified Software Asset Manager (CSAM) Professional Attributes:-1.Excellent communication skills verbal written.2.Advanced analytical skills using Excel or other software tools.3.Strong project management and delegation skills, meeting and enforcing deadlines.
