Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. Provide timely and effective technical support to clients. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to backup and recovery systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance. Document and maintain technical support processes and procedures. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in backup and recovery systems. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Backup and Recovery Systems. Strong understanding of system architecture and data recovery processes. Experience in implementing backup solutions and disaster recovery strategies. Knowledge of data protection regulations and compliance standards. Familiarity with cloud-based backup solutions. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Backup and Recovery Systems. This position is based at our Gurugram office.
