Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. Provide timely and effective technical support to clients. Troubleshoot and resolve system or application issues. Document client issues and resolutions for future reference. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve support services. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management. Strong understanding of system troubleshooting and problem-solving. Experience in providing technical support to clients. Knowledge of system maintenance and software installation. Familiarity with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management.
