Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Summary:As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as a vital link between clients and the systems or applications they utilize. Your day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, addressing their concerns, and ensuring that our high-quality systems operate seamlessly. You will leverage your communication skills to provide exceptional support, ensuring that client issues are accurately defined and resolved through a deep understanding of the product. Key Responsibilities:Minimum 1-4 Years of experience supporting IBM i systems as operations and hands-on experience with HMC Experience in AS400 monitoring, Communications, Operating System Monitoring , Mimix experience and backup monitoring 3 Experience with BRMS Backup and restore process.
Technical Experience:1 Experience with replication tool such as MIMIX and troubleshooting errors 2 Has monitoring and troubleshooting experience 3 Has experience with save and restore objects.Professional Attributes :Good Communication skillsEducational Qualification:Any graduatesProject Role :AS400 Admin Project Role Description :Work with the AS400 admins to monitor AS400 environment and work on Incidents/SRs and Change orders.
