Educational Qualification :
15 years full time educationRole Description:An ITOM Administrator with development experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise monitoring, hands-on experience with tools like SCOM, PerfMon, and NetScout, and a deep understanding of Event Management, including event correlation, smart correlation, and CMDB architecture.Must Have
Skills:
  • - ServiceNow ITOM modules:Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping- Event correlation, smart correlation, and alert deduplication- CMDB architecture, CI class modeling, and reconciliation- Scripting in JavaScript and Glide API- Integration with monitoring tools:SCOM, PerfMon, NetScout- MID Server setup and troubleshooting- Automation using Flow Designer and IntegrationHubGood to Have
    Skills:
  • - Experience with Agent Client Collector (ACC)- Exposure to cloud monitoring (AWS, Azure, GCP)- ITIL Foundation Certification - PowerShell / PythonJob Requirements:Key Responsibilities:- Administer and enhance ServiceNow ITOM modules- Develop custom scripts, probes, and sensors- Configure and optimize event correlation and alert rules- Integrate monitoring tools with ServiceNow- Maintain CMDB health and CI relationships- Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams- Troubleshoot MID Server issues- Automate workflows using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub
    Technical Experience:Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM and overall 6+ years in enterprise monitoring, including SCOM and NetScout. Proven expertise in Event Management, CMDB, and automation of IT operations.Professional Attributes:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to manage cross-functional teams and client relationships effectively.Educational Qualification and Certification:Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Relevant certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITOM are highly desirable. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 6-7 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification
