Application Support

You will be joining our Information Technology team as a full-time, office-based Clinical Application Support. Your role will involve providing timely and accurate support for ClinTrak applications and other supported applications for both internal and external users. You will act as a liaison between end users and application development teams, ensuring the interests of end users are maintained. Additionally, you will develop and implement approaches for the use of ClinTrak applications and other supported systems for individual users and study teams. Conducting system Trainings/Demo for Medpace users and performing other support related tasks to meet company objectives will also be part of your responsibilities. - Associates degree in Information Systems or a related field with 1 year of experience in general IT support, or an Associate's degree in a Life Sciences field with 1 year of industry-related experience is required. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, flexibility, and excellent communication skills are essential. - Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, the ability to work in a team environment, and experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access), and other database systems are preferred.
