Application Support Engineer

As an L1 Application Support Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for the following: - Providing L1 Application support - Documenting L1 tasks to be performed on a routine basis - Troubleshooting Web-based and Windows-based Applications - Troubleshooting ERP, .Net, and JAVA based Applications - Working on database tasks such as Oracle and SQL Qualifications required for this role: - 2-5 years of experience in L1 Application support - Knowledge in database or Data Migration/Data base Transfer - Experience in IT Application support - Ability to work in 24*7 support including night shifts - Strong communication skills - Ability to work well in a team environment If you meet the above requirements and are ready to work in a challenging and dynamic environment, please email your resume to ram.prabhakaran@valuewingcoe.com.,
