JD Sr. Technical Lead -L3 – APM (Configuration / Analyst Consultant) Location Mumbai Qualification • Any Graduation Experience 5-9+ years of experience, preferably a part of it in the IT Management / Application Performance Management area Skills Experience working on distributed enterprise software products Worked using any APM tools. preferably on Dynatrace. Excellent analytical skills, ability to identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing positions as a professional services consultant or implementation engineer Familiar with basic tasks of any one of the databases & Middleware. Ability to understand Application architecture and associated business / IT Operations workflows. Understanding on Linux commands, Scripting and SQL Key Responsibilities: • Experience in Windows Server operating system and administration skills is an added advantage. Able to independently write and trouble-shoot scripts in Shell / Python / SQL Deliverables: Understand & document client application landscape and infrastructure Get details of known application, infrastructure outages and pain points Understand customers’ requirements and translate them to specific monitoring requirements Review the plan and get sign-off from the client project manager Ensure on time delivery of tasks and completion of APM product implementation milestones Analyze the alerts and issues identified by APM product to assist in detailed Root Cause Analysis and Alert Fine tune Provide insights to Client on changes, enhancements required in their infrastructure based on analysis of APM product Analysis.
