Note: This is 24*7 UPI support so resources will have to work in all the shifts.

• Candidate from 5 km radius of CBD Belapur Navi Mumbai.
• Flexible to work in 24*7 shifts
• Ready to work from client locations
• Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with customers

Responsibility:

• Responsible for entire management and support of the solution
• Support and maintain all interfaces of the solution
• Fix the issues/provide workarounds
• Route tickets to Level 2/3
• Track problems from initial call to restore to service
• Assess cause of the issue and resolve
• Analyse application logs to identify issues
• Resolve the calls as per defined SLA's
• Provide timeframe for issue resolution
• Timely update status, resolution, and workaround to all stakeholders
• Rectify any corruption in the software
• Prepare a root cause analysis document with the resolutions for major issues
• Modify existing scripts, report as per business needs
• Present to Bank management on critical issues reported, resolved and solution provided
• Routing the transactions through the backup system in case the primary system fails
• Provide for L1 helpdesk at Banks Project Office/DC/DR
• Provide for L1 support for all activities and services that are part of the scope
• Pro-actively monitor solution to for smooth operations
• Support DR drills
• Production/UAT deployments
• Internal team coordination

Education/Qualifications Requirements:

B.Sc. IT/CS , BE /B.tech , BCA

Language Skills: Fluent English & Communication must.
