Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and enhance system performance, ensuring that all applications run smoothly and efficiently. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system logs, and implement solutions that contribute to the overall functionality of the business systems, thereby playing a vital role in maintaining operational excellence. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions for junior professionals to enhance their understanding of system functionalities. - Continuously monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR). - Strong analytical skills to assess system performance and identify issues. - Experience with troubleshooting and resolving software-related problems. - Familiarity with database management and data integrity practices. - Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Electronic Medical Records (EMR). - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
